HOT AIR BALLOON "Bon Voyage": Brothers Joseph Michel Montgolfier (1740–1810) and Jacques Étienne Montgolfier (1745–1799) were the inventors of the hot air balloon, which works by exploiting the physics of air temperature, heated specifically for the purpose, and which bears their name.
