caption: APPARENT DEATH In Prague a young girl (Marta D'Harnheim) suffering from lethargy following a strong love affair, was believed dead and prepared for burial. It is no coincidence that it is customary to leave the dead for a few days in the morgue, precisely to avoid burying living people. In fact the girl woke up to find herself among the corpses and, terrified, rang one of the bells placed in the room specifically to raise the alarm. Engraving from ''Il Giornale dei Viaggi'', Italy around 1890.
