SAINT MARGARET (1045 – 16 November 1093) Queen of Scotland, daughter of Edward IV, King of England, and great-granddaughter of Saint Edward the Confessor. After the defeat of the Anglo-Saxons at Hastings, she took refuge in Scotland, where she married King Malcom III. Full-length polychrome wooden statue depicting her in prayer. Sculpture by an anonymous artist from the 16th century, to be restored.
