ISABELLA Clara Eugenia (12 August 1566 – 1 December 1633), Infanta of Spain, sovereign of Flanders. Daughter of Philip II, she obtained Flanders from him, which she brought as a dowry to Albert of Habsburg-Austria, whom she married on 18 April 1599; widowed in 1621, she ruled alone until her death.
