Sibilla ALERAMO (14 August 1876 - Rome, 13 January 1960) pseudonym of Marta Felicina Faccio called "Rina", writer and Italian poet. After a childhood lived in the shadow of a depressed and aspiring suicidal mother, she fell into a worse marriage, "repairer" of a violence suffered just fifteen. He developed a desire for independence and recovery that made her join the feminist movement and socialism, collaborating with her writings in literary and progressive magazines, and attending personalities from the left and Italian culture; in her growth moment she moved away from her husband and son, successfully venturing into the world of literature and activism.
