subject date: 2022-11-07

caption: WORK: Two bricklayers/carpenters are busy erecting wooden scaffolding for the construction of a house, likely in central or northern Italy. The one in the higher position is drilling a hole in a beam to nail it to the upright, to which he is himself attached with a safety rope; the colleague lower down, shirtless, is waiting to hand him the nails.
