CREMONA "The Shoah violin", which belonged to the young violinist Eva Levi Segre, deported and died at the age of 22 in the Auschwitz concentration camp. Transmitted to his brother Renzo (or Enzo, only one year younger), he has instead survived until liberation, managing to bring it back with him in his difficult return to Italy, where he remained sadly unused until the discovery by Carutti. In the poster, which complements the staging of "The rooms of music", in addition to the image of the violin is also reported the cartouche found inside the instrument, which under the paraphrase of the motto of Auschwitz cites a melody and the serial number of the young violinist.
