caption: Walter TOBAGI (1947 - 1980) Italian journalist and writer, victim of terrorism, assassinated on May 28, 1980 in an attack on the XXVIII March Brigade, a group similar to the Red Brigades. After the debut in the Avanti! and at the Avvenire, he landed at Corriere della Sera, for which he conducted wide-ranging inquiries, favoring social and trade union issues, devoting particular interest to the growing phenomenon of terrorism.
