The Italian diplomat and politician Camillo Garroni Eugenio (1852-1935) is aimed at Tal'at Mehmed Pasha (1874 -1921), interior minister of the Ottoman Empire, the alliance supporter turkish-German; the Italian ambassador in Turkey at Istanbul headquarters has always supported the neutrality of the war (from "Success" of Genoa). Exhibition of political satire and war, entitled "War in caricature", is the main Italian and foreign newspapers and published by "La Stampa", Turin 1915.
