For most of them will be the first vote, thanks to the electoral reform that provides, in addition to the proportional system, also male suffrage independent of the census. On the posters appear for the first time the crusader shield of the Popular Party of Don Luigi Sturzo and the Fasci di Combattimento by Benito Mussolini, who will not even win a seat in these elections of November 16, 1919.
