PAPA BONIFACIO IV (? - May 8, 615), who was born in Valeria, elected in 608. He requested and received as a gift by Emperor Phocas the Pantheon in Rome, to convert it to a Christian church and consecrate to Our Lady Queen of Martyrs (Santa Maria the Martyrs ). On the occasion of the consecration, on 13 May 609, Boniface IV did translate and bury under the altar 28 wagons of the Christian martyrs bones from the catacombs, and instituted the feast of All Saints, which Pope Gregory III later moved to 1 November.
