Natalino Otto (Natale Codognotto, 24 December 1912 - October 4, 1969) and Jula de Palma (Iolanda Maria Palma, April 21, 1931). The very popular maestro Alberto Semprini (27 March 1908 - 19 January 1990) sits at the piano. It is the first edition of the festival broadcast live by RAI.
