Georg Philipp Telemann (1681-1767) German composer. He was chapel master to Lipsia, lived in Poland before to settle in 1708, to Eisenach which chapel master of Court. From 1712 he was then to Frankfurt and in the 1721 one settled to Amburgo, where he carried out activity of chapel master and organizer of the musical life of the city. In 1728 he founded the first German newspaper of music, the “Getreuer Musik-Meister”
