Jack LONDON (January 12, 1876 – November 22, 1916) American writer, journalist and playwright. Souvenir photograph next to dogs pulling a sled, during the period in which he participated in the gold rush. In the North he did not get rich by physically finding gold, but the many and varied experiences he could draw on proved to be a real gold mine for his literary successes. Klondike, circa 1910.
