Leandro ARPINATI (February 29, 1892 – April 22, 1945), Italian politician and squadrista. A controversial figure, he was a historic leader of Bolognese fascism, then an adversary of Mussolini from 1933, finally shot by the partisans in April 1945. At the height of the fascist period, he presided over a ceremony in Carpi in 1923.
