CARNIVAL “Landzette”. In the Combe-Froide, valley of the Great Saint Bernardo who connects the city of Aosta with Switzerland, in the carnival days is carried out various masked. The Landzette are the true protagonists of the carnival: with the most colorful masks and garments, inspired to the uniforms military but covered of mirrors and tapes multicolors, they express to contempo the elegance and aggressiveness. Their action in fact is characterized by provocative assaults regarding who he is stranger to the ritual, today reorganized in the limits of the good marked taste but a time from a behavior at the best of the violence.
