Capuchin friar since October 1902, in 1910 he was ordained a priest. In 1916 he retired to the convent of S. Giovanni Rotondo. Here he lived an intense ascetic life, receiving in 1918 the sign of stigmata similar to those of Christ. The beatification process began in 1983 and will be sanctified on 16/6/2002
