Wall with the ''Crucifixion'' (1940-41) by Renato Guttuso (26 December 1911 – 18 January 1987). The exhibition was conceived by Ando Gilardi (1921 - 2012) and created thanks to the innovative photographic materials of Ilford. Inside the Romanesque Church of San Samuele, life-size photographic reproductions of 40 works among the most prestigious masterpieces of art were exhibited, chosen by Carlo Bertelli (Pinacoteca Brera Milano), Marilena Pasquali (Galleria Arte Moderna Ancona), Franco Solmi (Galleria d'Arte Moderna Bologna).
