caption: HISTORY OF WORKER MOVEMENT drafting of 'The Casting', the head of the pinion that documented and disseminated stages and developments of the struggle by the workers employed in the foundry, in agitation from July '53 following the dismissal of trade unionist Franco Fantini; when the owners decided to lay off the system and tighten all the work went into self over a long period, from November '53 to January '54, to ward off the specter of unemployment for 1,750 male and female workers.
